Minimum of 3–5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar client-focused role
Strong technical expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, data modeling, and systems analysis
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Experience working within Agile teams is highly valued
Proficiency with technical tools such as database querying, web services, ETL processes, and familiarity with modern systems integration
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum are a strong plus but not required

Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, promoting alignment and transparency throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups while advocating for project timelines and deliverables
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
Proactively manage client expectations, changes in scope, and risks to safeguard project timelines and success
