  • Mandatory certifications: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis) from IIBA, PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis)

  • proven ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
  • excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
