Job Responsibility:

  • Support to the Vice-President of Bombardier Service Center
  • Lead regular governance activities: Organize, coordinate, and facilitate recurring governance meetings and processes to ensure timely and impactful decision-making
  • Drive strategic planning: Support the annual strategic planning cycle by coordinating Bombardier’s corporate strategy and related initiatives, including cross-functional alignment and detailed action plans to achieve targets
  • Enable growth: Contribute to special projects and business opportunities that advance the Aftermarket business and other strategic priorities
  • Represent leadership: Act as a trusted representative of the Vice President, BAS in cross-functional forums, aligning priorities and providing subject matter expertise
  • Monitor and govern key initiatives: Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management to create, track, and govern strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and execution excellence
  • Deliver results: Manage timelines and quality standards to exceed stakeholder expectations
  • Design and develop : Prepare high-impact presentations that effectively communicate strategic messages to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • five to ten years of relevant work experience
  • University degree preferably in Business or an analytical field such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or Project Management
  • MBA or other professional designation (an asset)
