You’ll be instrumental in mapping existing operational workflows, conducting thorough waste analysis, and implementing Lean methodologies to drive significant improvements. Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate in daily meetings to review operational inputs and leadership directives
  • Perform extensive data entry, review, and analysis to ensure system alignment and accuracy across supply chain operations
  • Establish and document current business processes, identifying areas for waste reduction and Lean improvements
  • Track material alignment, infrastructure facility availability, and customer requirements for specialized computing hardware
  • Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics
  • Contribute to maintaining vendor relationships and managing operational processes
  • Monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets for project expenditures

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a business operations or analytical role
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including process documentation, waste analysis, and implementation of waste reduction strategies
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with PowerBI for data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Nice to have:

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and eagerness for continuous learning and professional growth
  • Previous experience creating process maps using diagramming software
  • Lean Six Sigma certifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation
