Job Responsibility:
Collaborate in daily meetings to review operational inputs and leadership directives
Perform extensive data entry, review, and analysis to ensure system alignment and accuracy across supply chain operations
Establish and document current business processes, identifying areas for waste reduction and Lean improvements
Track material alignment, infrastructure facility availability, and customer requirements for specialized computing hardware
Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics
Contribute to maintaining vendor relationships and managing operational processes
Monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets for project expenditures
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in a business operations or analytical role
Minimum 2 years of experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including process documentation, waste analysis, and implementation of waste reduction strategies
Minimum 2 years of experience with PowerBI for data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Nice to have:
Demonstrated enthusiasm and eagerness for continuous learning and professional growth
Previous experience creating process maps using diagramming software
Lean Six Sigma certifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation
