We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a high-impact portfolio of marketing campaign initiatives. This role will partner with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers, and subject matter experts to drive business outcomes through technology in a fast-paced, agile environment. Job Responsibility
Develop deep expertise in a core business domain and contribute insights at both team and enterprise levels
Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable, technology-driven solutions
Conduct current state, future state, and gap analyses across multiple processes and domains
Lead requirement gathering efforts for large, complex initiatives
Author user stories, features, and business requirements documentation (BRDs)
Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on requirements and priorities
Partner with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Act as a key point of contact throughout the development lifecycle
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ongoing delivery efforts
Coordinate and support test planning and execution
Ensure business validation and sign-off for solutions
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team best practices
Work independently while driving initiatives forward
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
4–5+ years of Business Analyst experience
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proficiency with Atlassian JIRA
Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation (BRDs, user stories)
Proven experience with gap analysis and process evaluation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Background in marketing or campaign-driven initiatives
Exposure to process flow documentation and process mapping
Strong technical acumen and ability to work closely with engineering teams
