Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce initiatives
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
  • Develop optimized workflows and processes that align with best practices and business objectives
  • Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Collaborate in configuring Salesforce solutions in lower environments to meet business needs
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance user experience and efficiency
  • Design Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements while maximizing system capabilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate UAT to ensure that solutions meet user expectations and requirements
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Create user documentation and training materials
  • Work closely with developers and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Participate in testing and validation of new features and enhancements
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and other key metrics
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Participate with Salesforce Product Owner Team in triaging and categorizing daily support queries
  • Collaborate in administrating the focal management processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Technology Management, or a related field
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator)
  • five (5) + years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce
  • proven experience in gathering requirements, configuring Salesforce, and managing projects
  • strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
  • project management and change management skills
  • knowledge of data management and reporting tools

Nice to have

  • proficiency in Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and CRMA
  • knowledge of Excel
