Job Responsibility
Review and critique all existing As-Is project materials, draft business processes, and Business Analysis (BA) artifacts
Provide strategic recommendations on immediate next steps to elevate current drafts into a mature, usable format
Map and document comprehensive Current State (As-Is) processes, evaluating them for fitness-for-purpose by clearly identifying key activities, roles, systems, and decision points
Design and document optimised Future State (To-Be) process maps, explicitly prioritising the Exporter journey to maximise operational efficiency and enhance user experience
Conduct a structured gap analysis comparing current state capabilities and existing BA artifacts against target future-state objectives
Identify operational gaps, required system enhancements, and recommended transition activities
Translate findings into clear, technical-facing outputs that an external Delivery Partner can use to scope technical changes via a Statement of Work (SOW)
Requirements
Advanced Process Mapping: Proven experience designing highly technical As-Is and To-Be business process maps using standard notation (e.g., BPMN)
CRM Alignment (Salesforce): Demonstrated experience mapping processes specifically intended to drive Salesforce CRM implementation, optimisation, or transformation
Journey Optimisation: Strong background in user-centric design, with a specific focus on optimising client/customer journeys
Vendor & Technical Translation: Ability to translate complex business requirements into structured, technical specifications easily interpreted by external delivery partners and software engineers
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to critique existing materials constructively and collaborate across business and technical teams
