The Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting sales operations, business management, and strategic decision-making through data analysis, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth across the region.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze business and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations across multiple data sources
Develop dashboards and reports to support forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales execution and operational effectiveness
Support ongoing reviews of business processes and develop strategies for improvement and automation
Document business requirements, process flows, and system enhancements
Collaborate with global operations teams to implement process improvements and system upgrades
Work closely with RBMs to align business objectives and reporting needs
Facilitate cross-functional meetings to gather requirements and present findings
Act as a liaison between regional sales and BMO teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into system solutions
Stay current on industry trends and innovations to identify opportunities for modernization and automation
Promote a culture of continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving and solution development
Requirements:
Proven experience in business analysis, sales operations, or data analytics
Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data clearly
Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Familiarity with innovation methodologies and process improvement frameworks is a plus
