Job Description:

The Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting sales operations, business management, and strategic decision-making through data analysis, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth across the region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze business and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations across multiple data sources
  • Develop dashboards and reports to support forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales execution and operational effectiveness
  • Support ongoing reviews of business processes and develop strategies for improvement and automation
  • Document business requirements, process flows, and system enhancements
  • Collaborate with global operations teams to implement process improvements and system upgrades
  • Work closely with RBMs to align business objectives and reporting needs
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to gather requirements and present findings
  • Act as a liaison between regional sales and BMO teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into system solutions
  • Stay current on industry trends and innovations to identify opportunities for modernization and automation
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving and solution development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, sales operations, or data analytics
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data clearly
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Familiarity with innovation methodologies and process improvement frameworks is a plus

  • Act as a business partner for APJ Aruba, supporting country leadership & field sales team including South Pacific and Singapore
  • Drive Quota Setting Processes (incl. eMDM Entity Management: manage Entity request for Creation, modification, Party alignment) that aligned with the Aruba business strategy
  • SME for sales compensation tools, processes and systems. Facilitate & resolve SCO related issues raised by the managers & sales e.g., manual claims, wrong/missing account assignments etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of sales processes, identifying and leveraging best practice in support of delivering the sales strategy
  • Support the sales team with operational needs relating to new hire onboarding, tool trainings, process guidance, etc.
