Job Description

Join our dynamic Business Excellence team in TUI Musement as a Business Analyst, spearheading the transformation of operational processes across the leisure travel and tourism industry.

Job Responsibility

  • Continuously challenge processes, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency
  • Diagnose processes from end to end, identify bottlenecks and collaborate with different stakeholders
  • Support internal consultative services on specific activities
  • Coordinate cross-functional and virtual teams in the review, design, development and implementation of global processes
  • Implement process improvements, working closely with stakeholders
  • Produce comprehensive documentation of existing and new processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma for continuous improvement, along with mapping of processes and documentation capabilities including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and Visio
  • Effective communication and training skills
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable
  • Constantly seeking ways to enhance performance and processes
  • Creative problem-solving abilities in complex scenarios
  • Solid project and time management skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Availability to travel as needed
