Job Description

As a Business Analyst within the Facility & Purchase to Pay cluster, you will play a key role in ensuring business continuity and driving innovative improvements. Are you the expert who can translate complex requirements into seamless processes? Then this is your next challenge. Duration of project: asap - 30/04/2027. Contract type: Consultancy or Freelance. Work location: Brussels (minimum 50% on-site / 50% homeworking possible after the onboarding period)

Job Responsibility

  • Requirements Engineering & Concept: Gather, challenge, and consolidate the needs of a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
  • Work in close collaboration with experts to define product concepts, detailed processes, and functional architectures
  • Agile Delivery: Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features
  • Process Optimization: Continuously challenge and improve existing processes to increase customer experience, efficiency, and compliance with policies and regulations
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Provide support during business and user testing and assist with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable
  • Documentation & Compliance: Create and maintain clear, understandable documentation for incident solving and support, ensuring they comply with requirements from control functions (Legal, Compliance, etc.)

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
  • In-depth knowledge of Procurement and the Purchase to Pay cycle
  • Technical experience in SAP Cost Accounting is mandatory
  • Fluent in English (working language)
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is required
  • Experience working in an Agile framework

Nice to have

Knowledge of E-Invoicing (Peppol regulation) is a strong plus
