Job Description

Orangesoft is looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager who combines hands-on project execution with analytical expertise and a proactive mindset for quality delivery. You'll lead cross-functional teams, shape product requirements, and collaborate closely with clients in a transparent, curiosity-driven company culture.

Job Responsibility

  • Define product vision, gather/document business requirements
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and cross-functional teams
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Prioritize backlog, track KPIs, provide status reports to clients
  • Serve as primary client contact and problem-solver

Requirements

  • 3+ years as Business Analyst or Project Manager in software development
  • Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and hands-on experience
  • Requirements gathering, user stories, backlog management
  • Experience leading teams of 5+ people (dev, design, QA)
  • Experience with project profitability
  • English B2+ for client/stakeholder communication

Nice to have

  • Healthcare experience. Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR
  • PMP, CSPO, Scrum Master certification
  • Technical background (software development understanding)
  • Experience with remote/distributed teams
