We are looking for a specialist who can combine the roles of Project Manager and Business Analyst on small projects (teams of 2-4 people, 3-6 months of development). This person will own the project delivery from start to finish, manage requirements, and collaborate closely with both clients and the team.
Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring it is completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Organize team workflows, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and remove blockers
Track and report delivery progress
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Ensure clear communication between stakeholders, development teams, and leadership
Gather, document, and refine business and/or technical requirements
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical dependencies
Communicate with clients to clarify requirements, always focusing on maximizing value delivery
Quickly process information and navigate a broad IT context
Prepare a WBS based on customer requirements, including feature estimations (together with technical specialists)
Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Present proposals to clients (together with the Sales Manager)
Requirements:
At least 3 year of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Product Owner
Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Experience in presales is mandatory
Direct interaction with clients
Technical background is a significant advantage
