Apex Systems is currently hiring a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a growing client in Englewood. A leading organization is embarking on a major modernization of its CRM environment. The CRM serves as the organization’s core transactional system now requires a full current‑state assessment before the organization can move into a future rebuild or replacement. They are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager for the first phase of this initiative—conducting discovery, documenting requirements, and preparing the organization for a strategic decision on the future of their platform.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct interviews/working sessions across all departments to understand workflows, needs, and pain points
Document business, functional, and technical requirements with exceptional clarity and detail
Inventory and analyze existing customizations, plug‑ins, and workflows to support current‑state understanding
Organize and maintain all project documentation, ensuring alignment across business and technical teams
Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables using Agile best practices
Provide regular status updates to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and issues
Facilitate project meetings, decision‑making sessions, and milestone reviews
Requirements:
3–5+ years of Business Analysis and/or Project Management experience
Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
Experience working within Agile environments and across the full SDLC
Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with Jira (preferred)
Exposure to CRM systems
Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus
