Job Description:

Apex Systems is currently hiring a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a growing client in Englewood. A leading organization is embarking on a major modernization of its CRM environment. The CRM serves as the organization’s core transactional system now requires a full current‑state assessment before the organization can move into a future rebuild or replacement. They are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager for the first phase of this initiative—conducting discovery, documenting requirements, and preparing the organization for a strategic decision on the future of their platform.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct interviews/working sessions across all departments to understand workflows, needs, and pain points
  • Document business, functional, and technical requirements with exceptional clarity and detail
  • Inventory and analyze existing customizations, plug‑ins, and workflows to support current‑state understanding
  • Organize and maintain all project documentation, ensuring alignment across business and technical teams
  • Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables using Agile best practices
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and issues
  • Facilitate project meetings, decision‑making sessions, and milestone reviews

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of Business Analysis and/or Project Management experience
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience working within Agile environments and across the full SDLC
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Jira (preferred)
  • Exposure to CRM systems
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus
