Requirements:

  • Strong technical writing experience with the ability to produce clear, structured documentation
  • Expertise in creating process flows and diagrams using PowerPoint or Visio
  • Bachelor’s degree (or associate’s degree with 2+ years of experience)

Nice to have:

  • 5+ years of technical writing experience, including SOP documentation and graphic creation in Visio
