We are partnering with a leading Southern California energy company focused on delivering safe, reliable, and sustainable energy solutions. They are seeking a Business Analyst to support a portfolio of customer-focused programs, including energy efficiency and discount initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with program or project support experience who enjoys working in a structured, data-driven, and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Support multiple programs, including energy efficiency and customer discount initiatives
  • Assist Program Advisors with tracking, reporting, and day-to-day program operations
  • Analyze program data and help ensure accuracy, compliance, and performance tracking
  • Coordinate across internal teams to support program execution and deadlines
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and process workflows
  • Provide general program and project support as needed

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in program coordination, business analysis, or project support roles (e.g., Program Specialist, Junior PM, Business Analyst)
  • Experience working in a structured or regulated environment (utilities, energy, government, etc.) is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • SAP experience is a plus
