You will be part of the SaaS Operating Center which is responsible to ensure stable platform operations of our Avaloq software and products for our clients. As a Business Analyst in L2-Application Support your task will consist of interacting with clients to assure service delivery, analysing customer requirements and solving incidents/issues in productive environment and monitoring to ensure application availability.
Job Responsibility:

Monitoring to ensure application availability
Coordinate with the service desk and other delivery units to resolve incidents and problems
Follow incident management process end-to-end in a timely manner including triage of incident
Impact analysis, troubleshooting and involve/co-ordinate with other teams
High level analysis and consolidation of new client requirements
Support the development team implementing features by translating business requirements into technical requirements
UAT Coordination & Support
Manage end user’s expectation and other relevant stakeholders
On-boarding of new bank services in service delivery
Be proactive and contribute new ideas to further improve the quality of our services
Requirements:
Proven track record of successful performance in a similar role
ITIL Incident, Problem and Change process knowledge
Professional fluency in English
Technical degree in IT or business related area
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Avaloq Core & Front Platform with certification
SQL and basic knowledge of Oracle DB
German language skills
Knowledge of payments, trading or regulatory reporting
