Job Description:

Orangesoft is looking for a Business Analyst / Product Manager who combines hands-on project execution skills with a proactive mindset and deep care for quality delivery. You’ll lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with clients while being embedded in a company culture that values transparency, curiosity, and shared ownership. Working under the guidance of our Head of Delivery, Viktoria, you’ll have the space to contribute independently while also growing your leadership potential in a safe and ambitious environment.

Job Responsibility:

Elicit, analyse, and verify business requirements
Shape the product vision for MVPs
Gather, define and document functional and non-functional requirements
Facilitate collaboration between business and technical stakeholders
Apply product management techniques
Support team during development stage
Handhold the testing team and represent end-users in the UAT phase
Participate in pre-sales activities: lead the calls with the potential clients, set up and manage the estimate process, participate in proposal presentations

Requirements:

3+ years of work as a Business Analyst/Product Manager
Experience in iOS, Android and Web development healthcare projects
Good knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
Product management mindset
Knowledge of product management techniques
Strong knowledge of different tools and techniques (lean canvas, user story mapping, etc.)
Experience in pre-sales activities
Strong management and communication skills
Knowledge of agile processes and principles
Advanced level of English
