As a Principal Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping business strategies and driving operational excellence for our client's diverse portfolio of clients. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the analysis of complex business problems and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to address critical business challenges
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines
  • Manage project resources effectively and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Communicate project progress and results clearly and concisely to stakeholders
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning

Requirements

  • BE/ B Tech/ MCA/M Tech
  • Must have E2E delivery experience for a Transaction Reporting Regulation module
  • Must have deep knowledge of transaction reporting regulations in APAC, NA, and EMEA
  • Must have excellent Capital Markets knowledge, including various asset classes and products
  • Should understand Controls Frameworks, Exception Management, and Front-to-Back Testing
  • Must have excellent Agile skills, including managing ceremonies and creating Epics/User Stories
  • Strong experience in BA documentation (GAP Analysis, User Stories, Test Plans, E2E workflows, etc.)
  • Must "own" and "drive" all business analysis activities to ensure impactful project delivery
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders (Business, Ops, Legal, Tech) to finalize regulatory requirements
  • Should have experience in at least one of the following Capital Markets processes: Front Office
  • Middle Office
  • Back office (Clearing & Settlements)
  • Regulatory Reporting (e.g., MIFID 2, EMIR)
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to final delivery and UAT
  • Identify, analyze, and recommend high-impact business systems solutions to management
  • Develop and oversee project plans, metrics, schedules, resource plans, and status reports
  • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
  • Attend and, where applicable, lead meetings with customers and stakeholders
  • Confirm and understand customer needs and requirements
  • Motivate team members without direct authority to meet project milestones
