To support this growth, we are seeking a Presales Business Analyst who possesses a unique blend of technical acumen and business development skills. In this role, you will act as a key liaison during the pre-sales phase. Once a lead is identified by the Business Development team, you will step in to consult with the client, translate their abstract needs into concrete technical requirements, and utilize modern AI tools to rapidly prototype solutions. You will be responsible for crafting comprehensive proposals that bridge technical feasibility with business value.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with the Business Development and Presales teams to take over potential leads and engage in deep-dive discussions with global customers to understand their pain points and business goals
Conduct elicitation sessions (calls, meetings) to capture detailed requirements, ensuring a consulting-led approach rather than just order-taking
Act as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and the technical team to ensure expectations are aligned from Day 1
Translate complex client needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and business workflows that are easily understood by the Client, the Business Development team, and the Engineering team
Utilize AI-powered documentation tools to speed up the creation of Requirement Specification Documents (SRS) and ensure clarity across all parties
Use Generative AI tools to create quick, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that instantly visualize the solution for the client
Collaborate with the engineering team to design technical solutions that are scalable and aligned with the client’s budget and timeline
Lead the creation of the full proposal package including Technical Solution, Resource Allocation, Timeline, and Quote
Present detailed requirements and full proposals to internal teams (for feasibility checks) and external clients (for approval)
Demonstrate the value of the proposed solution effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related fields with strong logical and analytical thinking
Strong ability to gather, analyze and translate business requirements into feasible software solutions
Proven experience in presales activities such as requirement discovery, solution design, proposal preparation, and client presentations
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical solutions in business terms
Ability to work smoothly across Business, Presales and Engineering teams to shape solutions that meet client needs and project feasibility
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory for working with global clients
Self-motivated and able to work independently to drive the presales process forward
Nice to have:
Technical background or strong understanding of software development concepts is preferred
Knowledge or exposure to Cloud, Data, or AI-related technologies is a plus
Familiarity with AI tools for requirement generation, documentation, or prototyping is an advantage
Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
