Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
  • Support the delivery of payment initiatives across core banking payment products including SEPA Credit Transfers, SEPA Instant Payments, SEPA Direct Debits, and cross-border payments
  • Facilitate alignment between architects, product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery with a strong MVP mindset
  • Perform impact analysis across the end-to-end payment chain, from client initiation through processing, screening, settlement, booking, investigations, and reporting
  • Contribute to Agile delivery processes, supporting solution design, requirement refinement, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within banking payments, transaction banking, or financial services environments
  • Strong understanding of payment products and flows including SEPA, Instant Payments, Direct Debits, and cross-border payments
  • Hands-on knowledge of ISO 20022 and payment messaging formats such as pain, pacs, camt, and MT-to-MX migration initiatives
  • Experience performing end-to-end payment process analysis, impact assessments, and requirements management

Nice to have

Knowledge of Open Banking, PSD2, XS2A, or payment initiation APIs
