Collaboration with business stakeholders
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team
Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders
Create and maintain detailed business and functional requirement documents
Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing strategies
Execute testing activities and ensure the quality of the final product
Participate actively in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Collaborate effectively with onshore counterparts to ensure alignment and clarity on requirements
Write the Business Test Plan, conduct reviews, gain approvals, identify the proper test accounts that are requested and conditioned to meet the plan
Open defects as needed, retest once code is updated
Deliverables will include, but not limited to: Test plan, Testing scripts, Account conditioning, Testing execution
Testing Exit report by code freeze, Obtain approval from PM
Willing to work in India Night Shifts (5.30 PM to 2.30 AM IST)
Requirements
A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant portion dedicated to testing roles
Strong understanding of banking products. Direct experience in Retail Banking is a significant advantage
Proficient in SDLC models, including both Agile and Waterfall
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for effective collaboration with international teams
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
