We are currently seeking a Business Analyst-Life and Annuity to join our team in Anywhere, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). We are seeking a seasoned Business Analysis who brings deep expertise in Life & Annuities (L&A) and a strong consulting toolkit to lead complex, multi‑year transformation programs for global insurers. You will serve as the business thought leader, shaping problem statements, designing future‑state business models, guiding solution direction, and ensuring delivery of measurable business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years in L&A domain roles

  • ability to operate in ambiguous, unstructured problem spaces
  • exceptional communication skills
  • strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • proven experience guiding offshore/onshore delivery teams in distributed environments
  • exposure to both Agile and hybrid delivery models

Nice to have:

  • Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, LOMA/ALMI/FLMI, SAFe/Agile credentials
  • experience delivering programs across multiple geographies
  • demonstrated ability to influence C-suite decision-making and drive strategic outcomes
