Job Description:

Seeking a strategic, tech-savvy Business Analyst to support the delivery of AI and innovation initiatives across legal and business services. This role will drive process improvement, support AI tool implementation, and act as a key liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyse legal and operational workflows to identify automation and AI opportunities
  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Evaluate legal tech and AI tools (e.g. document automation, contract analytics)
  • Support pilots, proofs of concept, and agile delivery of innovation projects
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, and user adoption

Requirements:

  • Legal experience is a must
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies: NLP, machine learning, generative AI
