Business Analyst Lead

• Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts across multiple projects for a large-scale strategic client (100+ headcount)
• Act as the key liaison between client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and management
• Understand customer business processes, needs, and strategic objectives
• Drive requirement gathering, analysis, and validation to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment
• Analyze business requirements from both business and end-user perspectives
• Ensure business requirements are fully understood by Development teams and contribute to solution design and product specifications
• Establish and standardize BA processes, frameworks, and documentation quality across projects
• Create and review key deliverables including BRD, FSD, wireframes, activity diagrams, and system flows
• Manage and track all change requests, ensuring proper impact assessment and alignment
• Collaborate closely with PMs, Tech Leads, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery and high quality output
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in business processes and propose effective solutions
• Support presales activities, including consulting and proposal preparation when required
• Mentor, coach, and develop BA team members

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with 2–3 years in leadership/lead role
• Proven experience working on large-scale projects or clients (50+ headcount or equivalent complexity)
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand complex systems quickly
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and solution analysis
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Visio, prototyping, wireframing, and use case tools
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
• Experience working in outsourcing or consulting environments
• Excellent English skills: verbal and written
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure

Experience in Ecommerce domain is a strong advantage
