We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support IT project workstreams on an initial 12 month basis. This role focuses on bridging business requirements with technology delivery, ensuring smooth execution of system and infrastructure changes.
Job Responsibility:
Work closely with IT PM and business stakeholders to gather and validate project requirements for IT changes
Create process maps, functional specifications, and test cases
Support analysis of ERP system impacts and infrastructure needs
Assist with testing cycles, cut-over readiness, and post-go-live support
Facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, supply chain or manufacturing environments
Ability to document processes, requirements, and testing scenarios
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to translate business needs into structured IT requirements
Familiarity with data migration, interface mapping, and system testing processes
Good understanding of SAP modules related to supply chain, production, or logistics is highly desirable
Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional project environments
Degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, IIBA) is an advantage
