Job Description:

The Business Analysis team is a central pillar within Heetch, with the mission of analysing various indicators and data to improve the reliability of our service and support other teams in their needs and growth objectives. We identify opportunities and challenges related to the ride-hailing market by monitoring key metrics, dashboards, and insights gathered from other teams.

Job Responsibility:

Marketplace Analysis – Explore internal metrics and apply team data analysis methodologies
Growth Strategy Support – Contribute to developing growth plans and running experiments in collaboration with Business Analysts
Competitive Intelligence – Assist in monitoring competitors and sharing insights with the team
Recommendations – Provide data-driven input to help optimise growth and scalability
Best Practices – Follow our analytical frameworks and help improve data practices across the team

Requirements:

Gap year or final-year student (business school or engineering school)
Basic experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Excel, or similar)
Fluent in French and English
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, with a proactive mindset
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with different stakeholders
Curious, hands-on, and eager to understand operational challenges
