Responsibilities After Internship: Client requirement Gathering, Analyzing and Documenting requirements. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. Preparing the necessary diagrams for the system, SOW and Data Dictionary. Creating, Maintaining and Monitoring project plans, project schedules and work hours. Be an active part of the system architecture, technical feasibility and technical solution for the system. Resource Planning, Allocation, and Management. Coordination with an external team as and when needed. Client Communication, Management, and to look after client-developer Relationship. Foresee project scope for Up sale and Cross sale. Taking care of client portfolio and its positive reviews. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. Project financial accounts management. Client information security and financial accounts security in terms of not sharing it or revealing it to peers. Overall Project Management, Client account Management and Client/Project security.
