Job Description:

Business Analyst role within Capability Area Wholesale Finance, responsible for clarifying business needs, requirements management and solution evaluation to deliver business value in a fast-growing business. Part of IKEA's digital transformation journey to bring core business processes, people, data & technology together.

Job Responsibility:

Identify potential improvements and elicit, analyze, challenge and document business needs
Identify business consequences and risks with solution alternatives
Assure quality and traceability of stakeholder needs and business requirements
Communicate, clarify and safeguard evolving business needs
Clarify business needs during definition and validation of high level & low-level design
Review test plans and test cases to ensure compliance to requirements
Support planning and execution of testing activities
Secure and hand over requirement related artefacts to development and line organisation

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge and experience in business analysis and modelling
Requirements management process according to BABOK
Excellent analytical skills
Knowledge and experience working within large-scale ERP solution, Infor M3, within the Finance domain
Knowledge of test methods and tools with focus on acceptance testing
Understanding of unit, system and integration testing
Excellent listening skills
Ability to interact with stakeholders and understand their needs
Strong communication skills and ability to build trustful relationships
University degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in working with global and/or remote teams
Valid Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship (for Switzerland location)

Nice to have:

Experience in working with global and/or remote teams
Ability to work in changing environment with short notice deliveries
