Job Responsibility:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Collaborate in a tandem role responsible for planning and analyzing SG&A Admin costs for the Vehicle Motion (VM) division headquarters
  • Independent Controlling Tasks: Lead and execute tasks within recurring controlling processes, including Monthly Business Reports (MBR), Current Forecasts (CF), and Business Planning (BP)
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with SG&A functions and Business Unit Controlling teams to provide proactive and insightful analysis, enhancing transparency and decision-making
  • Drive Digitalization & Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvement opportunities using digitalization and automation tools to enhance efficiency, forecast accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a preference for specialization in Controlling
  • >2 years of experience in Controlling (e.g., Plant Controlling, Division Controlling, or similar roles)
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PnL Series, and SAP
  • High interest in digitalization with knowledge of relevant tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate)
  • Fluent in English
  • German is an advantage
  • Proactive and able to work independently with a structured approach
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving complex tasks
  • Clear and stakeholder-oriented communication
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a team
  • Comfortable working in cross-cultural environments and international, virtual teams within a matrix organization
