Beacon Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst III for our client partner. The Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring development teams have complete and accurate business requirements, business partners have considered their needs vs. their wants in their projects and ensuring quality control by testing web applications, reports etc. that have been developed by our client. The Business Analyst is also expected to provide excellent customer service by driving and facilitating, JAD sessions, demos, feedback loops, and UAT testing processes with the customer. The individual coming into this role must have strong communication skills and be a team player because they will be working so closely with the entire technical project team and will be involved with business area partners. No Wisconsin residency required. Open to nationwide candidates. This position is currently remote. However, position status is subject to change. (90% remote 10% onsite as needed) Onsite work is not likely, but candidate should be prepared to come onsite if required.
Job Responsibility:
Ensuring development teams have complete and accurate business requirements

Requirements:
Expert SQL skill/ability to navigate and query a relational database (5 + years)
Candidate should be able to work on multiple projects per business priority
Experience in business requirements elicitation and documentation (8 years)
Experience in data mapping and data analysis (7 years)
Experience in requirements verification, creating use cases, process flow diagrams, reporting and quality assurance as primary job responsibilities
Experience creating and maintaining artifacts such as requirements traceability matrices (8 years)
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Candidate MUST be physically located in the United States
Candidate must be available to perform all work during the Central Standard Time (CST) business hours 9:00 am – 3 pm (or CST hours as defined by the hiring manager)
Candidate will be required to provide their own equipment for this position
