Job Description:

Beacon Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst III for our client partner. Our client is looking for a Business Analyst with at least 7 years of experience, knowledge of project management principles and strong communication and interpersonal skills. The selected hire will be responsible for helping grow and operate our client's IT Solution Delivery program. Candidates must be current Wisconsin residents. No relocation allowed. This position will be working a hybrid schedule with at least 2 days in office per week in Madison, Wisconsin.

  • At least 7 years of experience
  • Advanced knowledge of business analysis: business process documentation, business process design, requirements gathering, functional design
  • Advanced knowledge of quality assurance and software testing methodologies
  • Knowledge of project management principles, methods, and practices
  • Effective and professional communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with a variety of customers including executives
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Must be current Wisconsin resident

Nice to have:

  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification or similar
