Business Analyst III

• Ensuring development teams have complete and accurate business requirements
• Ensuring business partners have considered their needs vs. their wants in their projects
• Ensuring quality control by testing web applications, reports etc. that have been developed
• Providing excellent customer service by driving and facilitating JAD sessions, demos, feedback loops, and UAT testing processes with the customer
• Working closely with the entire technical project team and business area partners

• Expert SQL skill/ability to navigate and query a relational database (5 + years)
• Candidate should be able to work on multiple projects per business priority
• Experience in business requirements elicitation and documentation (8 years)
• Experience in data mapping and data analysis (7 years)
• Experience in requirements verification, creating use cases, process flow diagrams, reporting and quality assurance as primary job responsibilities
• Creating and maintaining artifacts such as requirements traceability matrices (8 years)
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• MUST be a Wisconsin resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense
• Strong communication skills
• Team player
