The Business Analyst II serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams across the company's internal platform ecosystem. This is a technically oriented Business Analyst role requiring a demonstrated understanding of API integrations, system architecture concepts, and software delivery pipelines—not just requirements documentation. The Business Analyst II is expected to operate independently within an Agile delivery environment, contribute meaningfully to sprint ceremonies, write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain alignment across cross-functional teams. This role supports multiple internal platforms and works closely with application administrators, the QA team, and internal development teams to ensure features are well-defined, technically feasible, and delivered with quality.

Document data flows, integration points, and system dependencies including API request/response behavior
Maintain traceability between business requirements, user stories, and test cases
Engage directly with development teams to clarify technical requirements and validate that proposed solutions meet business needs
