The Business Analyst II will support a large operational and technology‑driven organization by reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs. This role translates requirements into functional specifications, supports system enhancements, and partners closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions align with overall business strategies. The role involves complex problem‑solving, goal planning, and the execution of diverse tasks requiring independent judgment and creativity.
Job Responsibility:
Review, analyze, and evaluate current business systems, data, and user needs to identify improvement opportunities
Develop detailed documentation of user requirements, system functions, workflows, and process steps
Collaborate with technical teams to formulate system requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
Support the development and modification of system processes and tools as needed
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis
Interact with internal project teams to support ongoing initiatives and ensure smooth workflow execution
Requirements:
4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related field
Strong understanding of relational database concepts and client‑server environments
Ability to write detailed functional documentation and translate business needs into technical requirements
Experience conducting business process reviews and identifying system improvements
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work on complex assignments requiring independent decision‑making
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
