Business Analyst I

• Participate in meetings with data scientists, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on AI and IT projects
• Maintain Azure DevOps boards, ensuring project tickets accurately reflect progress and updates
• Organize and facilitate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and capturing detailed notes with action items, risks, and blockers
• Develop presentations and documentation tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and clear documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements, support sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Assist in daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and other Agile ceremonies
• Track project timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks
• Contribute to team and organizational process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and IT systems, including data analytics
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Azure DevOps
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to changing priorities

Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is preferred
