Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with Management and assigned functions/teams/stakeholders to execute automation opportunities accurately and in a timely manner
  • Work on projects diligently as assigned by Management from time to time
  • Document business and technical requirements clearly and concisely
  • Develop, test, and implement automation solutions using Excel VBA, Sharepoint, SQl, MS Power Platforms and other custom scripts
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and constraints
  • Perform root cause analysis and optimize processes before automating
  • Develop process maps, SOPs, and user guides for automated solutions
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support
  • Monitor and maintain automation scripts, ensuring performance and uptime
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Provide training to end-users on newly implemented tools or automation workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-6 years of experience in a techno-functional or business analyst role with a focus on process automation
  • Strong knowledge of process mapping and business analysis methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, VBA, RPA platforms)
  • Hands on experience in building Power BI Reporting Dashboards with various input sources
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player and collaborative skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
  • High attention to detail and automation mindset

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of finance processes is an added advantage
  • Experience working with databases (SQL) and data manipulation is a plus
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc) is an advantage
