Job Description

We are specialized in driving digital transformation initiatives and delivering solutions that help organizations improve their business processes and overall performance. The Business Analyst (French Speaker) works closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, processes, and goals, and to translate them into clear and structured business requirements. The role is focused on communication, analysis, and collaboration, with a strong emphasis on advanced French language proficiency. This position is suitable both for candidates with prior business analysis experience and for motivated candidates with less experience, provided they have excellent French language skills and strong analytical abilities.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (primarily French-speaking clients)
  • Organize and facilitate communication to identify, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and internal teams
  • Analyze existing business processes and propose improvements
  • Document requirements using appropriate business analysis techniques and models (e.g. BPMN/UML – knowledge is a plus, not a must)
  • Participate in workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders
  • Prepare clear documentation, user scenarios, and functional descriptions
  • Support the implementation process through close collaboration with internal teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Management, or Faculty of Philology/French Language and Literature
  • Excellent / fluent knowledge of the French language (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and structured way of thinking
  • Good knowledge of English language

Nice to have

  • Previous experience or education in Business Analysis or related roles
  • Familiarity with business process modeling (BPMN, UML)
  • Understanding of digital products or business systems
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) is considered a plus
