Business Analyst for Derivatives Exposure Calculation

• Provide direction and technical leadership on complex, high-impact projects
• write functional specification documents capturing business requirements
• provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in Banking, Credit Risk, Market Risk – either middle office technology or from trade origination system
• must have knowledge of Basel regulations
• prior experience from working in risk management
• proficiency in running SQL (Structured Query Language) against Sybase, Oracle databases for data analysis
• experience with JAVA, Python coding a plus
• demonstrated leadership skills
• consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines
• proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques
