Job Responsibility

  • Analyze, refine, and document business requirements to enable advanced fraud prevention and detection capabilities
  • Lead the design of technical solutions that address fraud risks while ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and performance
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet both business objectives and technical standards
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows for implementation teams
  • Support and guide the solution development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution reviews
  • Work within Agile environments and actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery reviews
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to encourage knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement in fraud solution design

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in fraud prevention, financial services, or risk management domains
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in designing end-to-end technical solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of fraud prevention frameworks, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, with knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience implementing advanced fraud detection technologies, such as machine learning models or AI-driven analytics
  • Excellent background in data analytics, including designing and optimizing reporting solutions for large-scale financial datasets
  • Deep understanding of global financial regulations, with practical experience integrating compliance requirements into technical solutions
  • Comfortable working with cloud platforms, APIs, and modern data architectures in fast-paced, dynamic environments
