Job Description:

The Business Analyst - Finacle role at NTT DATA involves leading the implementation of Finacle 11x across various banking modules. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Finacle implementations, client-facing experience, and a solid understanding of banking operations, particularly in African markets. Responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders, driving the implementation lifecycle, and supporting UAT and training activities. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required, with a focus on stakeholder management and Finacle expertise. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a commitment to innovation and client success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead business analysis activities for Finacle 11x implementation
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Drive end-to-end (E2E) implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment support
  • Act as a client-facing consultant, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into functional specifications
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and post-implementation activities
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, regulatory requirements, and banking standards

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Finacle 11x implementation
  • Expert-level knowledge of Finacle parameterization/configuration across modules
  • Proven track record of end-to-end Finacle implementation projects
  • Experience in requirement documentation (BRD, FRD), process mapping, and gap analysis
  • Hands-on experience across multiple modules such as Lending, Mortgages, CASA, Deposits, and Teller
  • Strong domain expertise in Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, and Wealth Banking
  • Strong understanding of banking domain processes and workflows
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with African banks/geography is desirable
  • Should be willing to travel onsite
