Business Analyst - Educational Technologies ISO Project

• Conduct research and analysis to support the implementation of ISO 27001 project objectives across various educational technologies
• Provide expert advice on application configuration changes required to meet system technical compliance and legislative requirements
• Develop key deliverables, including data retention and disposal strategies and archiving requirements for in-scope technologies
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, map future state processes, and provide guidance on system technical compliance
• Support testing and documentation by assisting in the development of test strategies for internal users and preparing necessary policy or procedure instruments

• Advanced knowledge of ISO 27001 requirements and the ability to translate these standards into practical system and process improvements
• Analytical and documentation skills, specifically for mapping current processes and defining clear business requirements
• Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, with experience leading workshops and providing clear, audit-ready reporting
• Problem-solving and impact analysis skills to ensure proposed changes meet security, governance, and operational needs
• Previous experience in ISO 27001 implementation, which is highly desirable to ensure success in this project-focused environment
