Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst - Digital to help shape and improve web-based products and digital experiences in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will partner with business leaders and technical teams to define needs, clarify priorities, and support the delivery of effective solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, clear documentation skills, and experience working in digital, web, or platform-focused environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead discovery efforts with stakeholders to capture business objectives, functional needs, and user expectations for digital initiatives
  • Create organized business requirements, process flows, and supporting documentation that guide development and delivery teams
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and product partners to convert business goals into practical system and platform solutions
  • Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance performance and user experience
  • Support backlog refinement, requirement clarification, and solution validation within Agile Scrum delivery cycles
  • Conduct gap analysis to compare existing capabilities with future-state needs and help define actionable next steps
  • Review project deliverables and business outcomes to confirm solutions align with documented requirements and stakeholder expectations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting web, e-commerce, or digital platform environments
  • Strong ability to gather, interpret, and document business and functional requirements with accuracy and clarity
  • Experience working directly with technical teams to support solution design, development, and implementation
  • Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and participation in iterative project delivery
  • Hands-on experience performing gap analysis, document review, and process evaluation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across business and technology functions

Nice to have

Background supporting customer-facing systems or service-oriented environments is a plus
