As a Business Analyst working on our Business Analytics & Business Intelligence team in New York, you will work closely with our Sales and Account Management teams to create data driven solutions, extract and visualize actionable insights from large volumes of data and analyze our clients’ performance to ensure they are hitting/exceeding their KPIs.
Job Responsibility:
Transform large data sets into actionable insights across a wide range of topics, including root cause analysis, benchmarking, sales productivity and performance
Present findings to stakeholders from Account Management to Senior Leadership
Deliver ad-hoc analysis and data reports to both internal stakeholders and clients using SQL and Python
Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams such as Sales Ops, Sales & Account Management, FP&A, R&D, and Product on large projects and analysis
Serve as point of contact for the business on a wide variety of subjects, often leveraging internal knowledge sources for research
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, business intelligence analyst
Experience in US ad-tech, digital advertising or media landscape preferred
Excellent data analysis skills and presentation skills, with experience in performance analysis, root-cause analysis, etc.
Strong SQL skills (Vertica, MySQL, Google BigQuery etc.)
Experience working with Data Visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Exceptional ability to understand data and to transform it into actionable business insights
Ability to independently research and solve challenging problems
Experience using Python and/or R in data manipulation and analysis
Experience leveraging AI in data research, management and/or analysis
Nice to have:
Experience in ad-tech, digital advertising or media
