Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join The Xceptor development team, which plays a crucial role in driving process automation across Wholesale Operations. The Business Analyst will serve as a bridge between business needs and the low-code / no-code development team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and automation opportunities
  • Conduct workshops, interviews and surveys to elicit functional and non-functional requirements
  • Document workflows, data sources, and integration points relevant to low-code / no-code platforms
  • Translate business requirements into platform-specific configurations, templates, and reusable components
  • Work closely with platform administrators to ensure governance, scalability and compliance
  • Serve as the liaison between business units and development teams
  • Create clear and concise documentation, including user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria
  • Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Monitor performance and adoption of deployed solutions, recommending improvements where necessary
  • Maintain a feedback loop to continuously refine requirements and enhance platform usability

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in digital transformation or automation projects
  • Familiarity with low-code / no-code platforms, ideally Xceptor version 4
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Understanding of data modelling, process mapping, and user experience principles
  • Experience with Agile or iterative development methodologies
  • Ability to identify risk and reduce / manage accordingly, escalating where necessary
  • Growth mindset
  • A good understanding of client / customer service

Nice to have:

  • Certification in Business Analysis
  • Intermediate SQL experience
  • Exposure to citizen development programs or enterprise automation initiatives
  • Knowledge of APIs, databases and integration concepts
