Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join The Xceptor development team, which plays a crucial role in driving process automation across Wholesale Operations. The Business Analyst will serve as a bridge between business needs and the low-code / no-code development team.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and automation opportunities
Conduct workshops, interviews and surveys to elicit functional and non-functional requirements
Document workflows, data sources, and integration points relevant to low-code / no-code platforms
Translate business requirements into platform-specific configurations, templates, and reusable components
Work closely with platform administrators to ensure governance, scalability and compliance
Serve as the liaison between business units and development teams
Create clear and concise documentation, including user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria
Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with business goals
Monitor performance and adoption of deployed solutions, recommending improvements where necessary
Maintain a feedback loop to continuously refine requirements and enhance platform usability

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in digital transformation or automation projects
Familiarity with low-code / no-code platforms, ideally Xceptor version 4
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Understanding of data modelling, process mapping, and user experience principles
Experience with Agile or iterative development methodologies
Ability to identify risk and reduce / manage accordingly, escalating where necessary
Growth mindset
A good understanding of client / customer service

Nice to have:

Certification in Business Analysis
Intermediate SQL experience
Exposure to citizen development programs or enterprise automation initiatives
Knowledge of APIs, databases and integration concepts
