Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and deliver weekly/bi-weekly/monthly performance packs (bookings, revenue, output, forecast, S&OP, delivery performance, responsiveness) and management dashboards
  • provide ad-hoc analysis with clear recommendations
  • Build and validate dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or equivalent BI tools
  • ensure calculations reconcile with Finance/operations and document data definitions
  • Provide project/program management support across governance levels, including ordering, invoice reconciliation, and administration of processes and tools
  • Define and enforce standards for customer, material, order, and equipment data
  • coordinate data cleansing with site users to improve accuracy and completeness across ERP modules
  • work with cross-functional teams to sustain data governance practices
  • Improve completeness and quality of installed-base records
  • coordinate site updates for missing/inaccurate attributes (customer details, serials, unit types, industry) and use service/parts history to enhance equipment-level visibility for aftermarket planning
  • Maintain and improve costing/pricing data in ERP
  • support CPQ and product configurator initiatives by aligning data structures, rules, and validations
  • Support deployment and user adoption of AI-powered solutions for predictive analytics, process automation, reporting, and efficiency

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business/data analysis, preferably in industrial/manufacturing environments
  • Proven ability to turn data into decisions with strong analytical rigor and results orientation
  • Advanced Excel and modern BI (e.g., SAC / Power BI / Tableau), with exposure to advanced analytics/AI and digital transformation.
