Job Description

We are seeking several skilled Business Analysts to join a dynamic team based in West Yorkshire on a 6-month contract with hybrid working arrangements. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting multiple data-driven projects, including one focused on financial data and another involving data and documentation management for a highly regulated project. This role requires strong analytical capabilities to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering actionable insights. You will engage with stakeholders across business and technical teams to facilitate workshops, define processes, and support the delivery of solutions that meet both operational and regulatory needs. The role demands a proactive approach to managing priorities and risks within a fast-paced environment, with a clear focus on data quality, governance, and documentation accuracy.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting multiple data-driven projects, including one focused on financial data and another involving data and documentation management for a highly regulated project
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering actionable insights
  • Engage with stakeholders across business and technical teams to facilitate workshops, define processes, and support the delivery of solutions that meet both operational and regulatory needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on data-centric projects (essential)
  • Knowledge of financial data analysis (highly desirable for one of the projects)
  • Experience working within regulated environments and managing compliance documentation (highly desirable)
  • Requirements gathering and documentation
  • Business process modelling and re-engineering
  • Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Risk and issue identification and management
  • Hybrid working adaptability - please don’t apply if you are not able to work 2 days per week in Yorkshire
