Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience to support and manage software development projects. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering projects on time and with quality. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, along with the ability to leverage modern tools and AI-driven solutions to improve productivity, documentation, and overall project efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects across the SDLC, ensuring timely and quality delivery
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Convert requirements into user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Track project progress using tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Trello
  • Act as a bridge between clients, developers, designers, and QA teams
  • Monitor timelines, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of blockers
  • Maintain project documentation (MoMs, reports, change logs)
  • Support UAT, deployment, and project closure activities
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools) to improve productivity, documentation, and reporting

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Project Coordination / IT Projects
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, etc.)
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle, APIs, and web/mobile applications
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools and modern work practices to enhance efficiency
  • Experience in IT services or product-based companies is preferred
