Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Functional Architect / Business Analyst to lead the migration of our legacy CRM to a modern, cloud-based client intelligence platform. Reporting to the Senior Manager of CRM, you will act as the primary "functional translator" between a new, aggressive MarTech vision and technical infrastructure. This is a high-impact role within a rapidly expanding digital team, focusing on ensuring that migrated data is not just accurate, but strategically usable to win new business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Functional Lead & SME: Serve as the primary subject matter expert during migration workshops with external UK-based vendors, ensuring business requirements are accurately captured and configured
  • Strategic Process Re-engineering: Map and optimize high-volume business processes-such as 150+ annual events and 500+ mailers-to thrive within the new cloud ecosystem
  • Integration Management: Facilitate the seamless integration of the CRM with adjacent platforms, including ERM, Marketing Automation, and Experience Management, as well as internal Finance/Billing systems
  • Liaison & Collaboration: Bridge the gap between Marketing's strategic goals and the Firm's Information Governance (Privacy/Security) and IT data strategies
  • System Evolution: Post-migration, graduate to the System Administrator role, owning platform enhancements and developing meaningful, partner-facing dashboards that drive actionable intelligence

Requirements:

  • Professional Services Expertise: Non-negotiable background in Legal or Professional Services required
  • CRM Specifics: 5+ years of CRM experience with a strong preference for InterAction and/or DealCloud. Experience with Salesforce or Dynamics is acceptable only if paired with deep Professional Services expertise
  • Analytical Mindset: An inquisitive "problem-solver" who doesn't just move data, but asks how processes can be improved to support the firm's digital transformation
  • Communication Style: An "over-communicator" capable of summarizing complex technical hurdles into concise business wins for executive stakeholders
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of BA experience (familiarity with BABOK preferred)

Nice to have:

Technical Ecosystem: Prior experience with IntroHive, Vuture, or Foundation is considered a plus

What we offer:

medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan
