Job Responsibility:
Prepare weekly, monthly and annual bonus calculations, converting raw data into required payments via MS Excel models for submission to payroll
Perform the issuing of bonus advices to relevant staff for the above calculations
Assist with the modelling of current & future bonus plans and assess financial implications in line with set targets
Ongoing and proactive communication with a range of stakeholders across all hierarchy levels in multiple countries to explain calculation models, address ad hoc queries with confidence, clarify while maintaining confidentiality
Understand and monitor KPI's and underlying data and support the ongoing improvement of pay plans
Produce regular and ad hoc reports, including key KPI's, variance analysis
Extract and review source data and resolve queries with relevant business stakeholders
Perform the calculation of month end accruals, prepare and review relevant journals for month end reporting
Provide ongoing support to the Financial Planning and Analysis Team

Requirements:
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent command of English, both oral and written
Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and self-review
Excellent organizational and time management skills including the ability to meet strict deadlines
Strong analytical mindset
Accounting or Finance related degree ideally with CPA/CA or equivalent qualification
5 years plus work experience in the field of Compensation Analysis, Business Analysis and/or Management Accounting
Team player with the ability to work autonomously
Nice to have:
Experience working with business intelligence reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) is highly regarded
