Job Responsibility

  • Prepare weekly, monthly and annual bonus calculations, converting raw data into required payments via MS Excel models for submission to payroll
  • Perform the issuing of bonus advices to relevant staff for the above calculations
  • Assist with the modelling of current & future bonus plans and assess financial implications in line with set targets
  • Ongoing and proactive communication with a range of stakeholders across all hierarchy levels in multiple countries to explain calculation models, address ad hoc queries with confidence, clarify while maintaining confidentiality
  • Understand and monitor KPI's and underlying data and support the ongoing improvement of pay plans
  • Produce regular and ad hoc reports, including key KPI's, variance analysis
  • Extract and review source data and resolve queries with relevant business stakeholders
  • Perform the calculation of month end accruals, prepare and review relevant journals for month end reporting
  • Provide ongoing support to the Financial Planning and Analysis Team

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and self-review
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills including the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Accounting or Finance related degree ideally with CPA/CA or equivalent qualification
  • 5 years plus work experience in the field of Compensation Analysis, Business Analysis and/or Management Accounting
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously

Nice to have

Experience working with business intelligence reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) is highly regarded
