Job Description

As a Business Analyst – Compensation & Reporting at Travel + Leisure Global Support Services (Philippines), Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and effectiveness of incentive and compensation processes across the business. This full-time role is based in the Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, and plays a key part in supporting business performance through data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.

Job Responsibility

  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and annual incentive calculations using data from multiple sources
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of incentive submissions to Payroll
  • Issuing clear and confidential bonus communications to employees
  • Developing and maintaining Excel-based models to support compensation calculations and reporting
  • Monitoring KPIs and data integrity to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Producing regular and ad-hoc reports, including dashboards and variance analysis
  • Supporting compensation plan modelling and assessing financial impact
  • Collaborating with FP&A, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Explaining complex calculations and results clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  • Supporting month-end processes, including accruals, journal preparation, and reconciliations
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in compensation analysis, business analysis, or related roles
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., complex formulas, modelling, reconciliations, scenario analysis)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different functions
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA/CA (or equivalent) preferred

Nice to have

  • Experience with reporting or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Exposure to incentive or commission structures in sales-driven environments
  • Experience supporting multi-country or regional operations
